Utterly accute perspicascity and commpassion for others downtrodden(full low pay gov. jobs w/retirement and "home ownership" after 20 years service but yet with full appriciation for the entrepenuerial /private sector, as the dynamic aspect of society.
This private sector shall continueue robust but refrained from ruthless assault on treasuries ,state and Federal to repair infrustructure for profit.
Who would do it unless the make a profit?
A patriot would and they shall commence . Non profits with well paid "brains" to putto the shovel, felon, lost and lazy legions!!!
This program will pay for itself! But we all must participate.
What program? Basic State Industrial Self Sufficiancy - a state run array of facilities to fabricate basic items for state and local gov., thus absorbing local idle bodies into the process(work units to make things to save billions otherwise destined to be sucked by leach corporate entities not contained unrestrain, ravenous,- Adam Smith 's ruthless invisible calous "white" hand, is not your friend if your unemployed in a world in which is tilted frantically again us.
Enlightened Socialism preserves freedom and cares for all.
All raw natural resources must be nationalized and much sacrifice is required, but again the smart, the pretty the well healed and righteous are upright for a reason.
With the exception of being comely , the smart and vigorous -the industrial minded always lead the way and must be compensated. Nevertheless the huge numbers, not all felons , but lots who can't find work so turn to crime, not all retired , some handicapped etc.. This entire group otherwise as now getting cash transfers would all instead received housing and food credits with moderate cash stipend.
20 years of such sacrifices yields a worker a home upon retirement !!!!!
The poor, and every destitute is comforted, but all shall work repairing and maintaining the nation.
