Non-profits founded by good people(well compensated) to serve the national interest; be it infrastructural renewal, water, sewer upgrades currently expenses far beyond the ability of state local, and or Federal gov.to stomach, shall utilize all who yearn for employment ,to pay bills and a sustainable re-entry to a "New Way", an enlightened Day of man's renewal, his resurrection as Truthful and more fully spirituals enabled to "see", for blessed are the pure in heart.
These infrastructural renewal co-op 's some gov. owned (non-profit) shall perform the lion share of labor , and in plants located near districts hit by reality , namely: ECONOMICS
The private sector is the dynamo of any healthy society and is to be preserved applauded, and yearned for by the most vigorous, the young and bold and beautiful,the lean as an employer ,but worse even then with musical chairs , there are no chairs now for many millions whose jobs flowed to China ,India.... and along with the unemployable -obese,funky, the funky who are not doing anything good yet harnessed in the interest of the master -Love., -thanks to the invisible hand of Adam Smith and unthwarted greed and corporate haughtiness, without any hope are so many now for real jobs in the leaner meaner private sector.
This is the function of the entity I propose to create. Embodying the concept of basic state industrial self sufficiency a Department of Public Infrastructure and Housing.
Gov. employees will live(offered , not required) in gov. housing,including teachers, judges police, soldiers etc.Any Ideas?Status of design correlated to the position retired from.

Good morning citizen , who cares about who wrote "The Federalist Papers" , or the preservation of our constitution in the face of its utter annihilation in the form of OLIGARCY (SOMETHING TOO FOR WHICH WE COULD CARE LESS)- typically we might brush off any clinically motivated inquiries to obtain our "setting"(IQ), as we long for the advertisement, of the next neat gizmo, unaware of the angels watching over us perhaps obstinately opposed the "God" that wants you dead.
That's right many are comfortable in isolation from this erroneous notion of the God that :Hates and want things destroyed, people stoned ,brutally killed for loving. The God that men and various systems(cosmology's)which do
contort, transmogrifying,anthropomorphizing , and thereby limiting allness to the finite confines of a manlike Jehovah(form) even Jesus which anger, and had a hand in creating evil,having made Lucifer that went bad. The Jesus going to destroy.
But denying God exists is a disastrous path, choosing drugs, cars, sex, material gain over the national best interest and salvation;even convinced the jaded obedience to "material gain", leaving a big fat carbon foot print before we go is W-I-N-N-I-N-G ,Charlie Sheenique "goddesses" actually slutty whores maybe not., as we watch and our children watch THAT callous "charm", changing our mannerisms little by little, but getting fatter and fatter.
Who cares?????
God rightly worshiped cares. That what in Spirit and Truth being worshipped shall quench reactor by His word/hand.
Actually moistened loads of dirt carefully sprinkled(delivered via helicopters) around the cases of rods to seal any large gaps. Indivuals may die doing this(pushing sand/dirt to prepare for concrete) by these walking voluntary hero's not likely to survive the radiation exposure into the casks believed to be or seen to be damaged/ fissured which must contain water and spent fuel rods uninterupted.
Quickly concrete is placed around and about,and being Roman pier cement which hardens underwater!!!!!!allows relief- Thank you men for your sacrifice as water fills the pools to reestablish control.

That was the idea as the founding fathers wrote the constitution, and which faced many hurdles before finally in 1789 was ratified. Almost didn't happen!!! Only after years of arguing and debating -read "The Federalist Papers".
It has come to pass that treachery on high-the wickedness in high places among these "few" to mold a future unholy, material, outside of Truth and Spirit, has darkened our pathways as clouds gathering hedge their bets too!!!! Bet the markets will crash.

No jobs bills set forth for legislative debate? Why not?
Legalize Drugs!!! Register the people choosing this route, thereby instantaneously disqualifying such from employment in safety related tasks.
Why? Drug war brewing. New Al Capone's,and the such (chaos threatening) frightening so, our daughters and sons slain, as guns are "allowed to walk" by the FBI by the thousands to drug smugglers.
A tiny portion of the population finances this war by purchasing any illicit substance having originated in Mexico.
By legalizing the genre of recreation called "drugs" we steer clear of rocks and worse ice burgs unseen!!!!!
So few "Sheen" darty eyed guru's WINNING, prospering as green bay trees can sully the whole stew as we see.

Utterly accute perspicascity and commpassion for others downtrodden(full low pay gov. jobs w/retirement and "home ownership" after 20 years service but yet with full appriciation for the entrepenuerial /private sector, as the dynamic aspect of society.
This private sector shall continueue robust but refrained from ruthless assault on treasuries ,state and Federal to repair infrustructure for profit.
Who would do it unless the make a profit?
A patriot would and they shall commence . Non profits with well paid "brains" to putto the shovel, felon, lost and lazy legions!!!
This program will pay for itself! But we all must participate.
What program? Basic State Industrial Self Sufficiancy - a state run array of facilities to fabricate basic items for state and local gov., thus absorbing local idle bodies into the process(work units to make things to save billions otherwise destined to be sucked by leach corporate entities not contained unrestrain, ravenous,- Adam Smith 's ruthless invisible calous "white" hand, is not your friend if your unemployed in a world in which is tilted frantically again us.
Enlightened Socialism preserves freedom and cares for all.
All raw natural resources must be nationalized and much sacrifice is required, but again the smart, the pretty the well healed and righteous are upright for a reason.
With the exception of being comely , the smart and vigorous -the industrial minded always lead the way and must be compensated. Nevertheless the huge numbers, not all felons , but lots who can't find work so turn to crime, not all retired , some handicapped etc.. This entire group otherwise as now getting cash transfers would all instead received housing and food credits with moderate cash stipend.
20 years of such sacrifices yields a worker a home upon retirement !!!!!
The poor, and every destitute is comforted, but all shall work repairing and maintaining the nation.
